When the planning is complete and the document is finalized, we will conduct a strategic planning process to develop a timeline for implementation of various projects.  We anticipate that several projects will be started in the Spring of 2017.   For implementation of our strategic plan to be successful, community support and participation is essential.   We believe this plan will be the roadmap to making us the best prepared Fire District in the County, if not the State.
